"Room very clean. Staff very accommodating. Gym was also very clean and equipment looks new. The pool was also clean, though light reflecting off of adjacent building's glass means you'll get that extra sun when swimming so don't forget your sunblock. Bathroom has a bidet. "

"Daily house keeping was nice. But I will never stay here again. Don’t stay here. The room was some makeshift garbage room. The floor only had 4 rooms available. The room itself was an attempt for the hotel to make more money, as the room photos made the room see a lot bigger than it actually is. This type of room is a broom closet with a toilet, sink, and a malfunctioning poorly functioning shower and bathtub. It also had a window facing the hallway so other guests could walk by the room and you’d see their movement. The hotel placed a blind to lower the light, but the hallway light, and the light from the outside window in the same place inhibited my sleep drastically. I never had a good sleep here. The location of the hotel is great in d1. Walking distance to most of district one and a short walk to the opera house MRT station which is convenient. The bath tub and shower was some ad hoc, make shift garbage shower (see photos). The hotel put a shower head in the middle of the wrong wall for a shower. The tub also did not drain fast. So when I showered I would have my feet covered in my soiled bath water. Housekeeping was very loud. Would make loud bags, and slam doors which woke me up every morning. Other hotel guest were also loud, disrespectful and would yell and scream in the hallway in the middle of the nights after coming home drunk. This hotel is not a place for a relaxing stay or good nights sleep. "

"Well equipped room. Friendly staff. Great service. My only negatives were that the pool vibe was pretty low energy until late night and a manager promised a room upgrade with windows (I had 1 window looking at a wall). And the upgrade never happened after 2+ week stay"
