“Hotel was as expected, with one exception: the 6am continental breakfast wasn’t opened up at 6am. We had to be out the door early and was hoping to snag some quick bites before heading out, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to the office/breakfast area being open as scheduled. Part of the reason why we booked it. Bummer. Otherwise it was good for the price during spring break time!”

“I made an online reservation and their computer could see the reservation, but it was not in their system. We had to pay again for a room and i have not gotten a refund. The desk person reported it to you. Expedia I would like my money refunded please”

“If you're looking to save a few dollars, this is the place. If I could do it over, Id just spend an extra few dollars to upgrade cleanlienss. My room smelled like cigarettes and unfresh overall. The neighboring room, connected by a inner door was opening their side and a few times I felt unsafe as I treid to sleep. Please note that so called partial veiw balcony is not private. Its the outter porch to get to the room.”

“There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reserved a room that was supposed to have a KITCHENETTE, nope. A small refrigerator with rust on it and well used microwave. I was awaken by what i thought to be gum shots in the middle of th night.so i covered my children with my body trying to get them between the beds. “Didnt use the pools we went for the beach view & from our room all we seen was beach for miles, For a budget friendly vacation you couldnt ask for anything any better. I loved the staff they were very helpful and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed! The building hasnt been updated but thats why its so budget friendly so as far as im concerned they dont need to update a thing i love it the way it is. “While this motel is indeed, beachfront, it isn't a place we'll stay again. Noisy and sketchy appearing clientele and some things that need attention. Positives: room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Front office staff was courteous, efficient and warm. Not so positive: Motel was far from full yet loud.
