“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was pretty, overlooking a lovely garden. Only one problem, there was a leak in the en suite. Staff brilliant as was the food. Wd definitely come again. ”

“Location was excellent. The cliff railway is unique. We’re were visiting the Kinver edge rock house National trust, it was only 9 miles away which was good. Nice pub restaurants close by. Breakfast at the hotel was really nice. You place your order the night before and it is cooked fresh just for you. Lovely ”

“The hotel is in convenient location for access to main routes to the attractions nearby. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was most enjoyable. Parking is easy. There is a large garden the owners take great pride in.”

“Met up with a friend at this delightful guest house. Louise is an excellent host and was very informative about the area and where to visit. “The layout, decor and attention to detail put into the property and accommodation speaks volumes about the care and thought that the owners show to their guests. Fantastic breakfast from a top chef and served by a top host. Would not hesitate to recommend this first class B&B. ”

“Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided. A choice of light or full English breakfast was included and was well presented. There was also fruit, cereal, yogurt and more on offer. “An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas.
