“Like the other reviewer said, it's really a tale of two halves: the pre-arrival communication was lacking but the property itself was super. After making the reservation I got an email and text asking me to complete a Move In form. I had a question about the form, emailed the contact and got an immediate answer back. So far so good, but then I emailed the form back to the contact and nothing. The next day I got another email and text asking for the form so I tried again and still nothing....
