I couldn’t believe how little I paid for such a brilliant hotel! The room was very spacious, modern and with a lovely view of the pier head. The location was excellent right in the city centre and just up from the docks but still quiet enough. Room and bathroom were clean and check in staff friendly . Breakfast is available at the business next door, but I didn’t book this. I would love to stay here again on a future visit to Liverpool.

The hotel is in a brilliant part of the city and the hotel is good for a 1or2 night stay but is basic and the mattress was very uncomfortable and really should have been replaced a long time before my stay , but was clean and the staff were very attentive

Staff friendly, clean, today, just no shower gel. Likely just an oversight. I imagine the staff are very busy on weekends. Would stay again - very convenient location.

Comfy beds, quiet room. Didn’t spend too much time in the hotel but that’s all we needed. Good, central location too. Mightn’t have the best bar/restaurant, but we didn’t try or need it
