"Soggiornato in questa struttura per matrimonio nelle vicinanze, al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto di pagare solo con contanti perchè a detta loro era stato richiesto durante la prenotazione, (cosa non vera perchè avevo messo anche la carta di credito a garanzia della camera) ci hanno creato molti disagi in quanto il mio compagno è dovuto andare a prelevare quando avevamo una cerimonia che sarebbe iniziata da li a breve. La mia domanda è: nel caso non ci fossimo presentati, mi avreste addebitato...

The view of the landscape from this location was breathtaking. The room was very pretty with exposed brickwork and arches. "Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport."
