"We stayed here during a road trip as a stop before heading up north to Pisa. The hotel is absolutely lovely, it is clean throughout and even with a language barrier the owners were great hosts ! The rooms are clean and kitted out with aircon and shutters. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony and the room was comfortable too! We had a delicious authentic evening meal in their restaurant and a breakfast for kings and queens ! We would stay here again without question "

Livorno is a beautiful city on west coast of italy...the view from the hotel is amazing but heating system doesn't work well and i doubt air conditioner won't work well either

Livorno seems to be a nice quiet place with a bit of shopping options but not much tourists attractions, everywhere had easy access to transportation and it had easy links toother places like Pisa, and Florence Which was great.

The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration.
However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor.
A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price.
All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly.
