What a beautiful hotel! Quiet, clean, and within steps of so many historic sites. The staff were very helpful with directions, maps, and recommendations. The staff was very courteous, they gave us 2 bottles of water every night including a hazelnut chocolate treat for two on our pillows. The hotel has a nice rustic, old school vibes which I love. Overall we stayed 11 nights and our experience was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. My wife and I highly recommend the Bernini Palace!! 7 stars of it was possible!!

Lovely comfortable room in a well decorated and maintained hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Perfect location just behind Palazzo Vecchio so close to everything I wanted to see. In the run up to Christmas it was well decorated and I particularly liked the little Christmas decorations on all tables in the breakfast room, a nice little touch.
