"This property is truly unique. I don't think I have ever stayed in a 5 star hotel with such exceptional service from every single member of staff. Truly outstanding. Farhan my "butler" was incredibly responsive and attentive to requests to make dinner, spa and activity reservations and the dune bashing with Saleem was just an incredible experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The pool area and swim up bar is amazing, I didn't want to leave and 4 nights felt like I'd been there...
