They were absolutely amazing!!! I had booked with them after arriving at another hotel(which had been horrible) and so I changed to Exe Lev and it was a night and day difference in experience! They were so kind, hospitable, and helpful! The rooms were clean and beautiful!

Everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I’ve ever had great variety. Lots to choose from and just very quality food. Great location for pick up and walking. I can’t say enough good about the motel.

Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable.

Decent room size and breakfast although slightly chaotic when busy. Easy parking for us which was helpful as had a large camper. Only one lift working which meant you went up and down past the floor you needed!

I could take the bed through Italy with us - like sleeping on a cloud. Peter at Front Desk was super helpful, friendly and genuinely a nice guy. Breakfast was great. Located within really early to everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Peter at the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful. Pleasant and accommodating. It was a rainy day at Ljubljana when we got there. He went out of his was to give us brand new hotel umbrellas to use while we went out. He also helped with getting breakfast organised for our two days stay as it didn’t feature in my booking even though I had asked for it. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. And a good variety spread too.

Ljubljana just a great place.

This is a great hotel to stay in its in the perfect place in Ljubljana just a few minutes walk to all the main shopping streets, Castle and the Bridges. The staff here are brilliant and very helpful and for us the bonus was we could safely park our motorcycle in the underground car park. The hotel is lovely and clean great food choice for breakfast just could not fault it and just across the road from Tivoli Gardens beautiful.

Good location for town

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. We had issues with our first room as it smelt of stale tobacco. We also had issues with our room key. Would not work and we had to revisit reception. On check out they waived our parking fee as a bit of service recovery. Breakfast was good, with hot items.

Location is definite plus. The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the city on foot. While the location is convenient, the hotel's amenities leave something to be desired. The limited number of elevators can lead to long wait times, especially during peak hours. The chaotic and uninformed behaviour of the staff could not be overlooked. This was particularly evident during breakfast, where basic items like cups and forks were frequently missing. There were enough people there, but I had the feeling they were running without a plan. The check-out process was also disorganized, with staff seemingly unaware of the charges associated with the room. While the hotel's location is a strong point, the subpar service and limited amenities make it difficult to recommend.
