“Clean comfortable room. A bit dated with very creaky floor boards. Staff were lovely. I would stay here again. Food in the pub was good”

“Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again...

Also in the adjacent rooms were numerous foreign (migrant?) families with children running up and down the short corridor, and plenty of door knocking and chatting loudly in the corridor. I complained to the reception staff (man instead of the young lady who checked me in), he apologised and moved me to another room on 2nd floor, plus...
