We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. “We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend.”

“This is the second time that I have stayed at the Dragon Inn. Generally it has been good. The only dissapointing thing for me is that breakfast does not start until 8am, which for a work trip is getting a little too late. Also, the cooked breakfast is now an optional extra, whereas in 2024 it was included. The entrance to the car park is dreadful.”

“We stayed one night and the experience was outstanding. The rooms were very quiet and the shower was amazing. I could hardly fault anything. Maybe a bit of air conditioning in the rooms would be good during the hot days but they supplied fans to help. I would definitely use this hotel again as they are amazing and provide a great service in all respects.”

“Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. “We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel.”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
