“Excellent, new development. Several pools, well-tended green spaces and communal areas. the apartment very clean, modern and tastefully appointed. Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a supermarket alongside the development and there are multiple restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Orihuela costa is set-up for visitors.”

“The stay was very much to our satisfaction. On the good sides, perfect location. You wont get more central to Alicante than this. Apartment was clean and has plenty of room (in our case we were 3 person and occupied the bedrooms, leaving living room available for hanging out.) “Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour ”
