The hotel was full of young people who were into sports, the location was good, close to the beach, the rooms were clean and tidy, the food for breakfast and dinner was good, the simple air conditioner in the room was a bit of a nuisance, it was cool when lying under it, and hot when turned off.

Lovely hotel

This was a lovely hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, powerful shower. There are free exercise classes on offer and 3 gyms to use. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the beach and plenty of nice bars/restaurants. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but overall enjoyed my stay

A decent hotel in a good location, close to all the arenal facilities. The rooms are a bit tired and the bathrooms need a refresh. The staff are excellent and there's a good variety for the HB we had. Pool area and loungers good

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel JS Paradise Sport and I couldn’t recommend it more. The hotel was absolutely spotless, they staff were so welcoming and accommodating, the food was delicious and different everyday and the room was cleaned every single day. The price I paid to stay in this hotel was perfect. Worth every single penny and more!! The location of the hotel was fantastic, less then 15 minutes from the airport (€23 in Uber (£18)) less than 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. I stayed with my mum at the hotel and we both said how we would return again.

This hotel is clean, service is great. However, the food was not very good, mostly tasteless, maybe great for dieters, but I want to have some seasoning on meat, fish or roasted vegetables. A lot of the food was from frozen semi-finished products. The worst was the noise from the hotel's outside bar, very loud music untill 3am, even there was only 1 guest sitting there. We can't sleep without ear plugs.

Arrived late after a storm. Was given the worst room. Asked reception could he change. He declined. I thought he just couldn’t be bothered. Neighbours were banging on the wall since 2300, complaining about noise. Reception promised that I could upgrade to a better room in the morning, but that didn’t happen. Dealt with Yvonne on day 2, who was excellent. Upgraded on the last day. Room was so much better, but no stopper for bath, I had to use a glass so I could fill the bath. The area is artful, dated, low class and dirty

The location is the only real positive here it’s close to the beach, public transport, and plenty of restaurants (including halal options). Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, my room had an unpleasant smell that never really went away despite keeping the balcony door open and airing it out. This made the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. The walls are extremely thin you can hear every conversation, door slam, and movement from the rooms next door and the corridors. On one night, at around 5 AM, a guest was loudly banging on a door and shouting for a long time, disturbing everyone nearby. Daytime noise from other guests was also constant, making it impossible to properly rest. For a so-called “sports hotel,” the environment was far from relaxing. The combination of the bad smell, poor soundproofing, and constant disturbances made this a frustrating experience.

It was okay. The shower curtain had a few disgusting spots, some towels were not really clean, and the bathroom layout was super weird. But for binge drinking a weekend on Mallorca, it's a fair deal.

The hotel is old and dirty. the bathroom smells and one can hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms and upstairs. You must request a hair dryer at the reception in exchange for a refundable deposit. The gym is old and poorly equipped.

Website description mentions a pool table, which had apparently be removed years ago, a sauna which makes no mention of the £10 charge, and a jacuzzi which is colder than the pool. Not a nice area for British people as you will struggle to find any others in the immediate area. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

I booked this hotel for myself and two friends for a weekend trip. The Expedia listing claims that it’s an 8 minute drive from the airport, and it took us 35 minutes. The Expedia listing also claimed that we were paying for a “partial sea view,” and when we got up to our room, we were looking at run down buildings and parking lots. There was zero sea view. There was also a “no balcony hopping” rule, which was extremely alarming to have been listed considering we are three young girls traveling alone. Our balcony door DIDN’T EVEN LOCK. We felt unsafe immediately and called “Expedia” to get it sorted out. The man I talked to from “Expedia” promised me a full refund, so we went downstairs and handed over the room keys after 45 minutes of being on the phone with “Expedia.” We left the hotel, and I was yet to receive a confirmation email of my refund, considering we CHECKED OUT 45 minutes after arrival. Didn’t even unpack our stuff. I come to find out, the phone number listed on Google as an Expedia customer service line was not legit, and someone was trying to scam me by getting into my Expedia account. He even went so far to pretend he was speaking with the hotel agent downstairs. I have explained this situation multiple times over the phone with Expedia, and have yet to receive my full refund. As a student, this has put me in a horrific financial position and the Expedia team as well as the JS Paradise Sport team has not been empathetic whatsoever. Don’t book.

Ottima la posizione. Nessuno parla italiano all’interno della struttura ad accezione del maitre di sala. Palestra non eccessivamente fornita ma discretamente grande; disponibile anche piscina e sauna (quest'ultima a pagamento, uso esclusivo). Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione (acqua e bevande escluse a cena); cibo vario ma non pensato probabilmente per clientela italiana. Sopratutto a cena abbiamo notato poca scelta per cucina mediterranea. La pasta, disponibile ogni sera, è sconsigliata per una forchetta italiana. Ottima la posizione, abbastanza tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con ristorante, tabaccaio, farmacia e minimarket nelle vicinanze. Per quanto riguarda la camera era di medie dimensioni, con balcone e bagno con vasca. Unico rilevante difetto era l'assenza di illuminazione: le uniche fonti di luce in camera erano due piccole abat jour a faretto che diffondono poca luce. Enorme plauso al personale, sempre cortese, sorridente e disponibile. Parcheggio pubblico con fondo sterrato a circa 6 minuti a piedi.
