"The location of the Vila is spectacular. The surrounding hills sprinkled with well groomed vineyards are breathtaking. If one pays attention can observe Roe deer and red foxes running around. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean. Unfortunately the term "Villa" is deceiving as the rooms have no connection to the living area or the kitchen. "Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again."
