Nos contactaron por Whatsapp y no respondieron cuando pedimos cambiar a otro fin de semana, aclarando que no fuera largo ni feriado, alegando que debíamos hablar con Expedia. No solo no tuvieron la mínima flexibilidad para acompañar el problema que tuvimos sino que nos dejaron sin contestar el chat, lo cual constituye una descortesía y falta de profesionalismo."
