“I liked the location very much, the hostel was pretty neat and the host kindly treated me. If you visit Inverness again, I will use this place next time.”

“Great stay in a great location! This hotel is on the river, in downtown, with the Heart of Inverness outside your front door. With all that, its still quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend!”

“The property was clean check in instructions very clear. The only issue we had is a large group booked all the other rooms and gathered in the hallway outside our door and loudly talked very early. Also the walls are very thin so people leaving or checking in will almost sound like they are in your room.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and safe. It’s easy to walk to downtown from here where the pubs and shops are. Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend Ballifeary Guest House. ”

“Staff very welcoming on arrival and at Breakfast. A good variety of cereal, pastries and toast for self service breakfast. The room was large and bed was comfy. Linen and fixtures are worn but it looks like the place is being renovated so hopefully this will be resolved. ”

“This was a really nice location, only about a mile from downtown Inverness. Aleks was extremely welcoming and it's probably the most pleasant place we stayed at during our trip around northern England and the Highlands. 11/10! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
