"The parking was a problem because I was charged $10. Please include this charge in your advertisement. I wouldn't have booked. The room had poor lighting. The bathroom requires a paint job and new caulking. The heating system was noisy. The room doesn't come with cable. You're expected to use your own Netflix account and register with ROKU. I was also charged another $10 for what I don't know. I would stay away from this place. I'd spend more to get better conditions. "

"Room had lots of cockroaches, when ask for refund they refuse with some lame excuses, also they blamed the guest for cooking and leaving stuff behind as if they are not supposed to keep it clean after every check out. I stayed for two nights , and they told me they were going to refund me for the second night plus a free upgrade. When called Expedia to request the refund as they told me to , they refuse it. "

"We stayed the same weekend as a hockey tournament was happening. It was very busy and the pool was packed and over chlorinated which of course makes sense with the number of kids at the hotel. Being there without kids, it would’ve been nice to have been offered something like breakfast or an app at the restaurant because it wasn’t our ideal situation."

"Enjoyed staying this hotel the service was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel amenities were excellent but keep in mind this is a very family friendly resort that caters to children sporting events. Can get a bit noisy and the pool/hottub was full of children at all hours during our stay."
