The towels were not white and the basin in the bathroom had black dirt around the ring, also the floor of the shower had black and brown spots looks like mildew and dirt. I am very particular with bathroom cleanliness so I noticed. Overall it was an ok stay but our room was very small and the fan was close to the bed. Trish was very nice and accommodating and the breakfast and coffee was great.

A fantastic stay at Green Oaks. We were there for two nights, at a wedding at Château des Charmes a few minutes away. The house and the room were clean, and the owner was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, as were the friendly chickens in the coop nearby. Would recommend this to anybody.

Very close to the Old Town NOTL and wineries. Unique historic charming house with comfortable sitting spaces both indoors and outdoors. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and secure entry. Trish's breakfasts are gourmet and filled with fresh food grown in her garden. 5 stars! Our room was neat and clean and showed attention to detail. Handmade soap, towels, water, cups/glasses, and robes. Warm welcome and friendly hosts. Trish and Norm are real gems! Our stay was excellent. If you are looking for the perfect escape with unforgettable breakfasts, stay at Green Oaks B&B!

It is a very old charming home on a very busy road. The street noise was an issue for us. Our room was small, as expected in an old house. The location was superb, we could walk to the venue of the wedding we attended at Ravine Vineyard. The bed had very nice sheets, and it was comfortable. The bathroom was sufficiently large. I really don’t know about the cleanliness: the room had very old carpet and it felt a little uncomfortable for us. The yard needs attention. It really needs care- and this is what made a very bad first impression on us.
