"Absolutely one of the best meals ever. I am an avid cook and must commend the chef for the perfectly cooked trout, fluffy quinoa, FRESH steamed spinach appreciated and green been cooked to perfection, as well as the delicious lemon/butter sauce. Delicious!!!!"
