Excellent short term stay apartment

We were visiting family and friends in Lodz and wanted our own place to stay not to impose on anyone. Clean, quiet, and all amenities we wanted, and a good price!

Myself and my two children stayed for 6 nights. This property was in an excellent location, close to Manufaktura, restaurants, transport links and Piotrkowska Street. Although small it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The property was bright, modern and furnished well. The block is secure, clean and neighbours were friendly. The reason I didn’t give a 5star rating was because it can be noisy. We heard hoovering and people talking/shouting regularly. Despite this I would recommend it and stay again. Excellent value for money. Thanks for everything and looking forward to another stay.

The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. I called the owner, and to be fair, all the issues were fixed the next day. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During the weekend, there were two parties in nearby apartments, so it was very loud. I asked the agency if there are many short-term rentals in the building, and they confirmed that there are — which explains the noise. On the positive side, the location is great — close to the city center and Manufaktura — and there’s also parking available, which is a big plus. The noise isn’t the owner’s fault, just the nature of the building and the type of guests staying there. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay.
