“Everything very clean very comfy and very good price”

“The advertised amenities didn’t match the property. The swimming pool shown on Expedia was not available at the hotel. Additionally, the air-conditioning in our initial room was non-functional. When we requested a room change, the staff accommodated us promptly, though they expressed surprise at the issue, insisting the room had never presented problems before. While management was ultimately helpful in relocating us, the initial dismissal of our concern was disappointing.”

“Check in was odd via a Nest camera, but the room was clean. Out of the several inexpensive Motels that we have stayed in Tucumcari, it was the best so far.”

“Had a little trouble signing onto wifi--the manager kindly came to my room to assure I could get onto wifi with both my phone and laptop. That being said, I did notice that the connection may not have been terribly fast, so someone who needed to stream a lot or do lots of gaming might have found it not satisfactory. It's not a new place, but everything was serviceable and fine. Mattress perhaps a bit soft to some tastes.”
