โStaff was incredible (Flavia, Claudio, and others). The breakfast was magnificent. The only recommendation that we have is that the hotel could have someone available to answer questions after 2100 when the receptionist leave. We lost power in one
Side of the room where the fan was plugged and we had to wait until next morning to be repaired. However, we will stay there again if we come back to Siena. Beautiful place and helpful staff! โ
โVery spacious apartment in Siena historic center. Well equipped, comfy beds, quiet, warm (late March). Would recommend for a family with older kids (loft bedroom is private enough, but has steep stairs to get to)โ
