We had reserved a tripple room with kitchen and showed the print out to the owner, but she told us that hotel.com comunicated to her a double room. So when we arrived we had to improvise; our 14 yrs old son slept on a slim sofa and we cooked on a little plug in heater, the landlady was nice to furnish us with plates and pans, but the experience was very akward, then the airconditioning was dripping water all night long probably since the filter was not cleaned for some time, the bucket she kindly made available helped to keep the floor dry but the dripping was going on all night!
Where was the problem of communication resulting in this uncomfortrable situation?
