"We had a lovely two weeks stay in Perry’s Home. The apartment was well equipped for what we needed. There was a lovely welcome of croissants, cakes, mini mars bars, and a bottle of chilled Prosecco in the fridge!! We were looked after by Alessandro who ensured that our stay was comfortable. "The stay was absolutely a disappointment. The property is not maintained and not cleaned. Things were broken and not in working condition. Some examples via photos submitted but not all inclusived. In addition, the internet is not functional! Simply put, the is not as advertised. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, we would of found other accommodations. A portion of the cost should be returned. Finally the porperty managers could care less about our experience!"

"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "
