The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place.

The staff at reception was overburdened with long queue of people trying to check in. On top of it they didnt allowed me to checkin saying they have not got any reservation for me from expedia. I had to check with expedia and after lot of to and fro they finally got the confirmation and i was given the room. It took almost 2 hours and it was a pathetic experience as i was with family including kids. Otherwise the hotel is good, clean and nice to stay in.

Here’s a corrected version of your text: Booking through Hotels.com saved me 1000 rupees compared to prices from other online platforms and even the rate quoted directly by the receptionist for a one-day stay, which was 10,241 rupees, including breakfast. I booked a superior category room with one king bed, which was later upgraded by Mr. Ismail at the front desk to a deluxe room with an Imagica view at no extra cost. Typically, the superior category does not include an Imagica view when booked through Hotels.com. We were very satisfied with our stay. My daughter enjoyed it immensely, and the food was amazing. The buffet for dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though it costs approximately 5000 rupees for a couple. However, there is no separate discount for Imagica if you stay at the hotel.

Considering that Novotel is a 5 star rated hotel, lot of things were missing. No welcome drink, No Garden for kids to play. My room was small with small beds, it was very uncomfortable for me to sleep. We had booked a room for 2 adults & 2 kids & I did not like the room or beds. Not much amenities to enjoy. Good that I had booked imagica theme park & then water park the next day or my stay could have turned out to be very boring. To make my experience even bitter I was made to wait for 20 - 25 minutes for checkout. There were 2 counter, your staff Deepa told me that the other counter which has 5 people in queue was for check-out. Her counter only had 1 in queue. When I questioned the manager (Aditya I believe), he said both counters are for check-out & deepa lied him that she told me the same. Honestly I enjoyed in imagica & not in Novotel. Breakfast was good but can be improved by introducing more Non-veg breakfast items. Overall Not worth the money paid.

Harsh realities.

We had a confirmed booking for one superior room having one king size bed as shown in booking page.We reported for check in correectly at 2 PM.But they kept us waiting for more than 2 hours and compelled us to check in a twin bedded room ,completely different , as shown in the booking page.This was a connecting door with another room apparently looks like a kids room having low type comode,very problematic to both of us .

Not worth the money

Not so great experience here. The room wasn’t clean. Service was sub par, particularly travel assistance and front desk. I was messed around for two hours whilst waiting for a taxi and eventually told Id need to wait another hour. Service is nonexistent They also charge 6,500 inr for a taxi back to Mumbai (local rate is 1,800). Please note this is very much catered for children and there is extremely loud music and character dancing played at breakfast.

Rooms are worn out.

The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. Very disappointing. The morning breakfast comes with an ear basting performance of people “dancing” in costumes, clogging up the spaces to walk to get your breakfast. Literally was trapped by the breakfast bar with my terrified child for 5 minutes until they finished. It was not at all the peaceful breakfast one needs, unless you enjoy a headache with your toast. I wouldn’t book here again.
