"This is student housing but during summer used as a hotel. So if you stayed in campus student housing you will know it can have 4 bedrooms with a common living and kitchen. So if you rent 2 rooms in the 4 bedroom suite you will have access to 2 rooms and the other 2 will remain locked and no other guests will be part of that suite so you have your privacy and safety. The pricing is great. You get free parking and it is definitely safe. Support these sort of hotels as it helps the university or college campus and great pricing"
"Be prepared to pay for parking. Valet is $40 per night. Which is extra and very expensive in my opinion. You can park on the street between certain hours on weekdays. Street parking is free on the weekends. There is a private lot next door but it's expensive too and does not allow in and out privileges. Valet guys were pushy once they realized your not paying for valet. One was rude and told me to hurry up and not leave my car in front of the hotel. Which very clearly allows for 15 min parking.
Saturday the hotel pool was full of kids who had very poor parental supervision. The kids left garage/towels and horsed around for hours while the parents socialized and drank alcohol. I found that very disrespectful to other people trying to enjoy the amenities. One couple even left after being tired of being splashed by them continually. I would have left the pool to notify the hotel staff except I had my children swimming. So be aware of group teams on weekends. Kids playing and enjoying the pool is one thing. But loud rude groups of kids with no regard for others is totally unacceptable. Shame on the parents.
I don't know if I would stay here again. My kids did like the pool the second day. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very friendly. But I might book another hotel next time."
