Strand Palace Hotel
The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the location is convenient for central London. Breakfast was ok, but once again I saw a solo traveller come back to an allocated table, where someone else had been seated while she was at the buffet - it's uncomfortable for all.

Royal National Hotel
Clean good rooms, a little noisy as next to the street. Huge hotel with lots of people, can be really busy breakfast time. But overall worth the money.
