"This property is run down and nasty!! The plugs in the bathroom don’t work, they’re old and nasty. Coffee maker is horrible. The plugs next to the bed made a cracking noise like they were going to catch on fire."

"The logistics of parking and checking into the hotel were horrible. I found the room floors were dirty and need of a sweeping and a wet mopping. The terrace was in need of a power spraying. Getting from the room to the H2O pool was a challenge. The nasty smells getting to the hotel elevator were terrible. I prepaid a non refundable 3 night stay there and regretted I ever did. I will never return here even if they threw in a free night."

"It was a beautiful hotel. Ami’s pizza and gelato was delicious! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was awesome. The bed was so soft and comfy and the pillows! The shower heads were so nice. The view! So beautiful. We will definitely stay there again. We’ve stayed at the HardRock on our prior stays. We have a new favorite."
