"Amazing room and amenities! Guest can use the spa during certain hours and it was super nice and not too crowded. Beds were so comfortable. Only negative was the room was super hard to find and had to go up and down a lot of stairs to get to it. "

"Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast. Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure. Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel. "
