"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was absolutely filthy, disgusting, rundown, and we didn’t feel safe. I booked based on the reviews of “10/10 exceptional” for cleanliness and those are all clearly lies and fake reviews. I don’t think the property has ever been cleaned. The 1st room had trash and food crumbs all over the floor, exposed wires, broken pieces of furniture, stains, and just filth everywhere. I asked for a 2nd room and there were yellow stains all over the fitted bed sheets. I had to have them come change both bed sheets in front of us. The amount of soap scum and mildew on the shower curtain had it stained orange. Right after we checked in, 2 North Ridgeville police vehicles came and tried to unload someone with a suitcase to leave them at the hotel. There was a homeless couple on the sidewalk in front of the building also. There are trucks that park in the back of the lot and the man at the front desk said the police come through the lot 3-4 times night to patrol. The man was nice, but his excuse of having a new cleaning lady was not believable. The family that owns the property lives there. The breakfast area had questionable items and most things were marked “out of order”. I felt dirty just walking in, but it was a prepaid and they refused to refund me the $274 I paid for this awful stay. Do NOT stay here, it’s absolutely disgusting!"
