"I LOVED this place! I stayed here one night because I could not get a room The Arctic Lights Hotel down the street, where I then moved for the rest of my stay in (highly forgettable) Rovaniemi. I so wish I had stayed here the entire time. It seems to be the one establishment in Rovaniemi that doesn't try to fleece you at every turn. Super comfortable, modern, immaculate and friendly. The kitchen was a godsend. The staff kindly rushed to allow an early check in. The well-appointed kitchen was stuffed with quality foods, included in the room rate. The bed was far more comfortable than the bed at Arctic Lights (a perfectly fine but overrated conventional hotel). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! "

"Very nice hotels with renovated rooms. Got a family room facing the lake in the second building above the Lapland Safari adventures shop. Elevator actually went straight into the Lapland Safari shop so I didn’t have to exit the building and wear tons of clothes in order to start my activities. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is close to the city center, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the building so if you didn’t want to use Uber, public transport was right there. I was traveling for work so needed a place that allowed me to work and have fun on my days off. The hotel was great for my 4night stay. Highly recommend for business or solo travelers like myself. Warm, renovated, cozy rooms with good WiFi and easy access to all Rovaniemi offers."

"Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!"

"Perfect location, shopping centre opposite, bus stop also opposite for links to Santa village and airport. Many restaurants surrounding. Check out the glow mini golf nearby"

"I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. There were several showers and toilets available, as well as a functional kitchen, which was very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a coffee without having to go out into the cold, especially during winter. I also tried the private sauna for €18, which included a towel and water. There are also designated times when you can use the sauna for free if you don’t mind sharing it with others. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re traveling on a budget."

"The room was right above a karaoke bar that is open until 04.30 every morning. There was hair from the previous occupants all over the room, particularly the bathroom. "
