"Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
A couple of areas could use improvement. The internet connection was extremely slow and frequently disconnected, which made it difficult to use reliably. The streaming services on the TV experienced similar connectivity issues.
The only other disappointment was being asked to leave the downstairs lobby area and not being allowed to eat a meal there, despite it being vacant at the time. It would have been nice to have a comfortable common area available for guests to use.
Aside from those issues, I had a great experience and would consider staying here again."
