It is very close to the park and there is a good pizzeria and a Starbucks actoss the street, that is amazing in the morning or at night after the park to grab something to eat. We thought on takd an Uber but it was not needed, it was a nice walk and we felt safe.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great amount of hygiene amenities provided as well as extra towels when needed. The beds were very comfortable and the mini fridge was spacious with a small freezer in it. The kids loved the indoor pool, the only negative is that the pool is supposed to be heated, but it was not heated. All in all it was a great stay.

After reading some of the negative reviews online, we took a chance by making reservations and coming to this hotel. Our stay was great and the hotel staff were polite. Our room had zero issues and everything was clean. The housekeepers were also suoer hard working and very nice. They always greeted and they always have a smile on their face. The hotel does have juice, tea and coffee available 24/7, they don't do breakfast but there is a starbucks right across the street and pizza place i(f you're hungry later). There's also a pool and parking is around 27 a night but very worth it. Universal studios is literally 5 mins away by car and you can walk there too if you don't want to deal with parking. Will most definitely be staying here in the future.

After a long day, we checked into our room and discovered bugs. It wasn’t the welcome I was hoping for. We had our young kids with us, and I couldn’t risk them, myself, or my husband getting bitten. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and lobby which made us leave immediately. I was recommended this hotel to stay in but I will not be staying here again.
