โVery comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.โ
โHotels.com didnโt even send them anything that we had booked our room, luckily it was available.
This is a hostel but says itโs a hotel. It needs updated and is in a bad part of town. The family was nice and accommodating. โ
โFantastisch hotel, gerund door een Peruaanse familie. Echte aanrader. Goed gelegen, en gevestigd in een mooi historisch koloniaal huis. De service tijdens ons verblijf was uitmuntend. We hebben dat op een bijzondere manier mogen ervaren. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en veel extra hulp toen mijn vrouw ziek werd. Nog zeer veel dank daarvoor! We hopen nog eens terug te komen naar Arequipa. We zullen dan zeker weer een kamer boeken bij El Balcon.โ

La terrasse pour le dรฉjeuner (petit dรฉjeuner pour les franรงais) รฉtait magnifique avec vue sur les monts enneigรฉs.
L'รฉtablissement a รฉtรฉ rรฉnovรฉ mais ร quelques endroits les murs et les plafonds fendillent ou la peinture boursoufle. Ils devraient pouvoir corriger cela par un entretien continu.โ
