My only issue was that we did not know early enough that you had to make a reservation reservations. There were very few restaurants on site that allowed you to walk up. And reservations if you did not make them four days ahead of time we’re impossible to get.

Our room was cozy. A little tight for 6 of us, I should have asked for the upgrade. The pool and beach were great. Excellent dining options and top notch staff throughout the facility. A very swimmable beach and close to downtown for shopping, etc.

Balcony view spectacular! We arrived with the bathroom floor wet…ceiling had a leak from the room above. Maintenance notified temporarily fixed as we had to stay overnight in the room until the next day we were moved to the upper level.!quite the inconvenience since traveling all day.

Majority of the staff were friendly. Waiters in restaurants however were not friendly and must be overworked. Not many dining options but likely you can explore next door (which we took advantage of) and other sister property (we didn’t get a chance to as we would have to free shuttle over-not walk)

It was always clean and when we needed food or drinks they were very quick ( even when busy but have to understand theres lots of orders) everything was great.

Just returned from a weeklong stay at this resort. The rooms are a bit outdated. Definitely some slacking on the maintenance with door knobs being broken, mold on the shower heads. Biggest disappointment was food. Very average food with not a lot of options and pretty much same menu everyday. Would not come back to this resort again.

When we arrived at the resort, they upgraded our room since I’m a Gold Member and it was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing ocean view. The two restaurants we tried were delicious: the Italian restaurant and the Mexican spot (you do need a reservation for the Italian restaurant). The buffet, however, wasn’t as good. The staff throughout the property were excellent, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. And for New Year’s, the fireworks show was incredible! I’d definitely recommend visiting over New Year’s.

Place was severely understaffed for the capacity, Christmas day the restauranta were closed and 1 table serving beef taco with 1 cook was open. That's it. Most of the staff were nice, some not so much. The room was old and outdated and dirty, the furniture was dirty and the food was just ok.

Terrible experience at the resort. Room service was really bad and slow, had to call them 6-7 times to just get a kettle,pot or pan so we can boil water for baby formula. The crib they delivered to the room was damaged and so dirty with dust, the mattress was not even fitting in the crib. We had notified at booking that we are vegetarians, no meat, fish or eggs as our dietery needs. There was very few options for vegetarians and the chefs gave us wrong information as some of the breads had egg. The beans had pork which we ended up having because one staff says it is vegetarian but later someone says it has pork broth in it. We ordered vegetarian pizzas for room service and they delivered pizzas with Ham and few of us ate it without knowledge, we called the hotel manager and complained and all he did was a sorry, we asked them to take the food away from our room and kept waiting for 1 hour even after making multiple calls to take it out as we had all lost our appetite, no one came and we had to keep all the food and cuttlery outisde the room instead. Most of the group were having upset tummies and vomiting only to realize because they did not respect our dietery needs. The tabasco sauce bottle was also expired since Oct 2025. We have frequent travellers and this definitely has to be our worst experience at this resort. Will not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Staff was so friendly and wonderful. For an AI food was good. Towards end of trip we found the better items to order (pool food is great)! Pool was fantastic and enjoyed the smaller hotel feel. Only complaint was music from beach club next door that went later into the night but sleeping area is in the opposite end so wasn’t a huge issue. Beach is fantastic and was great for swimming!

The beachfront location is excellent with calm and swimmable ocean waves, and the ocean view room was spacious, clean, and well suited for families with a small kitchen and living area. Cilantro had a couple of good dishes, the breakfast buffet was decent on most days, and 24 hour room service was convenient. Unfortunately, the resort has virtually no atmosphere, with no music, activities, or entertainment even during a peak holiday period. There is only one bar for Blanco guests, service was slow and unenthusiastic, and even basic requests like tequila shots with salt and lime were often missed. The biggest disappointment was the food at other restaurants, especially the Rose side buffet and Paloma, which was the worst buffet food we have experienced at an all inclusive resort, forcing us to rely on room service on many nights. The Sunset Beach buffet was equally poor. On Christmas Day, poor planning led to the Rose side lunch closing early, Cilantro having over an hour wait, and staff suggesting we eat in our room, which was unacceptable. Although dining at sister properties is advertised, Blanco guests were restricted from certain restaurants such as the sushi venue, leaving very limited options. Having to scan the all inclusive bracelet for every drink and order caused delays, especially during peak hours. Overall, the lack of vibe, poor food quality, limited dining and bar options, and weak service make this resort on our bottom list

Staff was exceptional, especially the pool and beachside service. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The kids loved how everyone had jokes for them during breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is our “go to” resort. Ximena at the front desk started our vacation right with her welcoming presence.

We just wrapped up a stay at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos (Blanco) and had a mixed experience. The best part by far is the location. It sits on an amazing stretch of Medano Beach, right by the marina, and the beach here is actually swimmable. We spent most of our time on the beach and loved it. We also appreciated that while Blanco only has one pool, we had access to the pool next door at Pueblo Bonito Rose, which gave us more options during the day. We stayed in a Luxury Suite and the room itself was a highlight: clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great views. Unfortunately, the service and food experience really brought the trip down. Food options felt limited, and it was extremely frustrating trying to dine at the reservation-only restaurants. On the day we checked in, we were told there were no reservations available for any of the restaurants for our entire stay, which is honestly unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort experience. Even the non-reservation restaurants often had 45–60 minute waits to get a table, and room service regularly took 45–60 minutes to arrive. Service also felt inconsistent. The front desk staff were not very friendly, bartenders seemed rushed, and out of the 7–8 servers we interacted with, only one was genuinely warm and welcoming. One more disappointment: they did not honor Expedia Gold perks. Our flight was delayed by a few hours, and we asked to use the 2-hour late checkout that comes with Expedia Gold, but they wouldn’t accommodate it.
