"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."

"No issues with this property from the friendly and helpful check in to the ammenities provided - everything was good. The staff that I had contact with were very helpful and were on hand to demonstrate how the coffe machine woked and the buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice with something to suit every taste or requirement. Parking was easy and the property felt very safe and secure. Shops and restaurants were within easy reach and the small town felt welcoming and friendly. If I have one suggestion it would be to add some more sockets by the desk so you can use a laptop/tablet when sat at it."

To make matters worse, the trash can still had used diapers left behind from a previous guest, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards."
