“The staff was excellent, they are great.
The room I was given was looking out balcony with half of it being the beach, where I had to lean towards my right to see it unless I stepped out into the balcony. The other half was looking at the sidewall of someone's balcony. Perception was the entire hotel was not sold out, customers that paid the same price I did got a much better deal when it came to the location of their room.
