“We really loved our stay here. The room was beautiful, clean, and had amazing views. It was unique; waking up to those views was unforgettable. The staff was so kind and attentive at all times, even checking on us when we were away to make sure we were okay. I wish we had more time to stay, but every moment was exquisite. “We appreciated the affordable stay in cabins overlooking the canyon. An easy 90 minute hike along the rim got us to the park with more views. As well, a 5 min walk a paragliding location. For those without vehicles, we could access public transportation to Aratoca then hire a taxi. Enrique arranged a ride back to the highway where we waved down a bus. Take note that the double cabin does not include cooking facilities, only a fridge and minibar. They are still ironing out the details with this...

“This was a cute little hotel. Comfy bed, hot shower, friendly staff, and a refreshing pool. Not fancy but super relaxing with pretty views- much nicer than staying in San Gil. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful ”

“This was honestly a perfect hotel experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond cleaning the room every day. They respected my privacy as well if I had a sign on the door. A great breakfast option every morning. A top notch place to stay and I will be staying again. They have a great laundry service and the restaurant on the roof is awesome. ”

“Even though initial check in was ok. Assigned rooms were awful. Old, raggedy, and bad shape overall. Breakfast was good. On shift crew was organized and efficient. However pool and jacuzzi activities and personnel were disorganized, incompetent and not customer oriented.”
