The staff at this location is superb! Very friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean! I highly recommend the rooftop, it has an amazing view and great drinks! The staff is amazing here. Dont miss the chance to have breakfast… fantastic!

People are very polite, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is located on top of a shopping center with a wide variety of products from clothing to shoe stores, a movie theater, a casino, and food court. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant and an expectacular bar by the poolside with an even more expectacular view of the city and mountains.

It's a good hotel with nice staff. My only complaint is for the price you pay, breakfast still isn't included. Which is unusual for Colombia. No complimentary water. Rooftop bar and pool are nice. Right next to Cacique Mall.

According to front desk at check in breakfast was supposed to be 90.000 for 2 days. At the restaurant we were charged 76.000 for 1 day. That was our only problem with the hotel. Otherwise an excellent experience. Would definitely return

Wonderful property. Would stay here again. I have stayed in five star white glove hotels in South America and the breakfast buffet here was excellent. The restaurant is on the 16th floor and is marvelous in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Christian in the restaurant knew I was trying to learn Spanish and made a point to converse with me. The lobby is spacious and open. Easy walk to wonderful shopping and in a very safe area. I didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking. In my opinion this is not like the typical Holiday Inn in the USA where I am from. And those are fine too. I’m merely saying this property is much better. Very happy with my stay here. I believe there is a pool and a spa but I didn’t use those so can’t comment on those amenities. Wonderful views from the rooms on the upper floors. And despite being in the heart of everything it was quiet in the room at night.

The customer service is awesome, the rooms so clean, the suite is great, the restaurant excellent, but the most I like and enjoy is the bar in top roof, every time I go Bucaramanga thats the place that I looking for stay
