"One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was excellent, the staff were amazing, and the entire hotel was extremely clean. My room was cleaned every day and housekeeping did such a great job. I always felt safe and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Barí. ❤️"

"El personal fue amable y las áreas comunes están bien mantenidas, aunque las habitaciones necesitan actualizarse. El desayuno es sencillo y poco variado, pero está bien, y mis hijos disfrutaron mucho la piscina en la azotea. Mi mayor inconformidad fue con la habitación. Reservé una habitación cuádruple familiar para 4 personas basándome en las fotos publicadas en Expedia. Al llegar, me indicaron que la habitación amplia mostrada en esas mismas fotos era para 5 personas, aunque Expedia no ofrecía esa categoría por separado. Tuve que pagar $100 adicionales para hospedarme en la habitación que entendía haber reservado según las fotografías. Considero que esto debe aclararse para evitar confusiones. Aunque la ubicación es accesible, no me sentí segura durante la noche. Una madrugada escuché varias detonaciones y posteriormente supe que una persona había sido asesinada muy cerca del hotel. Esto no es responsabilidad directa del establecimiento, pero afectó nuestra experiencia y percepción de seguridad. Agradezco el buen trato del personal y las facilidades que disfrutaron mis hijos, pero por la situación de la habitación y nuestra experiencia con el entorno, no volvería a hospedarme aquí."
