Every time we travel to Bucaramanga we stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the top of the building and you can see the whole city. The hotel is attached to the large mall so you can go down stairs and going into the mall. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. I tell all my friends to stay there when in town.

This is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff were exceptional. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable and the area very quiet at night to get some good rest. The breakfast is really good. Everything you could want, they have it. Overall it was a great stay and would love to stay there again.
