Very good staff service in helping us check-in, order macdonalds (Vicky Yang) on our behalf, and helping us with luggage queries with Air China. Front counter however can be more proactive as i am left standing there for a few mins b4 i approach them.

My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!

Holiday Inn was in probably the best location. Zhongyang Pedestrian Street is right in front of Holiday Inn and St Sophia's Square and Zhaolin Park (Lantern Festival) are easy, quick and safe walks from the Hotel. The staff were all very helpful.

I love the cold, and they have some great sausages. Don't miss the Ice and Snow World.
