“Our room was slightly unconventional, being more like a conservatory with a four poster bed in the middle. Many curtains to close! Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Would come back. There are some areas that need maintenance. Old furnishings are antique. One negative was that my son stayed in a camp bed in the room with a very thin mattress and wasn’t entirely comfortable. Other than that we had a nice stay.”

“Lovely clean family room, all brand new furnishings so really comfortable. Quiet calm place to stay, self check in so barely see anyone but that’s just fine. Lovely view of sea from room and if not then only ten paces and at sea wall so you can hear it and feel near it. Not much going on in town but just very calm and quaint and authentic so not over touristy, which is perfect. Ideal base for exploring region.”

“Likes- large room and bed. Character property and easy parking. Good breakfast. Dislikes- TV no aerial connection and not tuned into any channels/apps asking for wifi details. No bedside lights just roof light and large wall light not near bed.”
