“We were there for three days and not once did they make our bed, empty our trash or bring clean towels. The lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Our toilet was wobbly. The pool had crumbling concrete around the edge which kept falling into the pool. There were cockroaches. One morning the milk gravy was literally cold. They ran out of orange juice, milk and forks but no one replaced them. There was no one around to check and see if any breakfast items needed to be replenished. ...
