The breakfast was fresh, prepared well. Do not stay in room 412 as there are fleas/insects in the bedding, and you will get bitten. Hence, cleanliness and hygiene to all rooms on the fourth floor and any rooms accepting pets needs improvement. Location: walkable, great.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Great location, easy walking distance to Notre Dam de Lourdes and the Chateau Fort, restauants, shopping. Guest services, Frederic, was very kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely return on my next visit.

It is a nice place to stay for the Lourdes visit. Room is clean, comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Soap and shampoo provided, rest bring with you. I did not have the breakfast there. Too many options on the way to the sanctuary. 15 minute walk to the Lourdes sanctuary. I went back and forth couple of times a day. Lots of Indian restaurants on the way. One of them was Amma, pretty good and reasonable. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station.

Yes yes. But there were barely any eggs available and the price was not worth it. Will never go again. There are plenty of other hotels to go to rooms tiny room ket never worked. Staff somewhat friendly but there were two staff members that were borderline rude ! Find another hotel! Best advice I can give you
