Cher Client,Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser ce commentaire très constructif !Pour ce qui est du pain, sachez qu'hors saison nous avons des difficultés à nous faire approvisionner par des produits frais.Aussi ces produits ne sont peut-être pas d'une boulangerie mais nous travaillons avec une fournisseur référencé sur des produits de très bonne qualité. Sir,Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment.We are responding to clarify things for our future guests.When you check-in, everything went very well and when you arrived in the room everything was perfect.After a while you went down to reception and showed us your jeans and told us that you had damaged them in the room, but we didn't really understand how.In the evening you came down to reception, screaming and being aggressive, we asked you to calm down but you kept telling us that you didn't want to pay for the room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly, except that on our system the air conditioning was working properly.The management offered you another room but you refused and decided to stay in the same room and left the next day.Immediately after this accident you started saying that you found things in the room and we think that you did it on purpose because you didn't want to pay for your stay.We would like to make clear that in our hotel we do not tolerate people who shout at our management and who are aggressive.We make no commercial gesture to customers with behavior like yours.We also ask you to take a look at our notes and comments so that you can quickly understand that we do our best to satisfy our customers.Cordially,The manager you assaulted
