This was our third stay and we will be coming back again. The cottage was excellent and Dom has everything you need on hand for breakfast to the bread machine and a bottle of port to warm you up, he also has the log fire prepared for you to light when ready. Nothing like sitting in a warm spa under the stars it a must

We had an absolutely beautiful weekend at Manzanilla Ridge. Thank you to Dominic and Jane. Its secluded, with some resident kangaroos and plenty of birds. Easy access to the Hunter Valley. Highly recommended!

Great place to recharge

Don't let the "romantic" title fool you. This is a great place even for solo travellers. Secluded, quiet, and still close to cellars doors and places to eat. I'll be back.

Great place to stay, most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Very quiet and secluded. The spa was great as well as the fire - plenty of firewood provided. Perfect for couples or families wanting some peace and quiet.

It not often you get the accommodations you see in the pictures. Just it brought a tear of joy when we pulled up to the picture perfect cottage. Cozy beautiful set up. Everything ready on arrival even breakfast and the fireplace set for just a match needed. Clean, well maintained.

Hunter does not have much for us, but we like to live in self catering cabins, everything is nice here and some special features like the outdoor spa is something we treasure

Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is fully equipped (no laundry) for a great self catering stay. Good big fridge, gas cooktop with the basics supplied, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper etc. Lovely, rural views. Comfy beds with nice pillows. We loved our stay!

Hidden Gem

Manzanilla Ridge was a fantastic property in a great location. The seclusion of the cabins made you feel immersed in the native bush and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The fully equipped kitchen was a great surprise. We'll be back.

Beautiful tranquil setting.

The perfect place for a peaceful get away. No need to leave your lodge, with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the atmosphere the fireplace creates and the outdoor spa was amazing.

Great getaway

Lovely cabin! Everything well maintained and looked after. Quiet and peaceful location. Fireplace was ready to be lit on arrival which made the cabin feel very homely. Fully functional kitchen was great to cook in. Very private outdoor spa which was very clean. I had to drag the MRS away on departure. Dom the owner was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a quiet weekend away, definitely will be a return customer :)

Nein leider nicht noch einmal

Sicher cool einmal für sich zu sein und etwas abgeschiedenheit geniessen. Die Hütten wurden einmal mit viel Geld gebaut... Leider hat man kein Geld für dwn Austausch und die Neuerung mehr ausgeheben. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Kücke klebt alles und ist fettig.. das Gewürz konnte man fast nicht aufheben da abgeklebt Im Bad muss dringend der Schimmel entfernt werden. Die Duschwand ist nicht mer stabil und das Lavabo war zersprungen und der Hahn lotterte. Zudem sollte der Seifenspender getauscht werden Seit Monaten wurde nicht mehr i. Den Ecken gewischt. Der Aussenbereich ist auch seit Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt worden... Zu teuer dür diese Unterkunft Leider

Beautiful Experience

We stayed for a concert at Roche Estate, and Manzanilla Ridge did not disappoint. The cottage was excellent, very secluded, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Peaceful piece of paradise

Loved it. Perfect location. Perfect host. They have thought of everything. From the spa to the bacon, eggs & tomatoes to the breadmaker with butter and jam. Just stunning.
