Great place to stay, most things are within a 10-15 minute drive. Very quiet and secluded. The spa was great as well as the fire - plenty of firewood provided. Perfect for couples or families wanting some peace and quiet.

Hunter does not have much for us, but we like to live in self catering cabins, everything is nice here and some special features like the outdoor spa is something we treasure

Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is fully equipped (no laundry) for a great self catering stay. Good big fridge, gas cooktop with the basics supplied, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper etc. Lovely, rural views. Comfy beds with nice pillows. We loved our stay!

Loved staying here-so private and the cabin was lovely. Spent 2 nights here but could have stayed forever... Property owners were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay there again 😊

Private and quite .The spa is a welcome tool to assist with the unwind and relax process after a hectic day around the wineries. Did not experience a bad wine and the red on offer at the lodge was a beaut. Will be back.?

Quiet, isolated, with all the mod-cons. Excellent cabin located in bushland. Wonderful setting.

Hidden Gem
Manzanilla Ridge was a fantastic property in a great location. The seclusion of the cabins made you feel immersed in the native bush and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The fully equipped kitchen was a great surprise. We'll be back.

Beautiful tranquil setting.
The perfect place for a peaceful get away. No need to leave your lodge, with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the atmosphere the fireplace creates and the outdoor spa was amazing.

Great getaway
Lovely cabin! Everything well maintained and looked after. Quiet and peaceful location. Fireplace was ready to be lit on arrival which made the cabin feel very homely. Fully functional kitchen was great to cook in. Very private outdoor spa which was very clean. I had to drag the MRS away on departure. Dom the owner was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting a quiet weekend away, definitely will be a return customer :)

Nein leider nicht noch einmal
Sicher cool einmal für sich zu sein und etwas abgeschiedenheit geniessen. Die Hütten wurden einmal mit viel Geld gebaut... Leider hat man kein Geld für dwn Austausch und die Neuerung mehr ausgeheben. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Kücke klebt alles und ist fettig.. das Gewürz konnte man fast nicht aufheben da abgeklebt Im Bad muss dringend der Schimmel entfernt werden. Die Duschwand ist nicht mer stabil und das Lavabo war zersprungen und der Hahn lotterte. Zudem sollte der Seifenspender getauscht werden Seit Monaten wurde nicht mehr i. Den Ecken gewischt. Der Aussenbereich ist auch seit Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt worden... Zu teuer dür diese Unterkunft Leider

Beautiful Experience
We stayed for a concert at Roche Estate, and Manzanilla Ridge did not disappoint. The cottage was excellent, very secluded, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Loved it. Perfect location. Perfect host. They have thought of everything. From the spa to the bacon, eggs & tomatoes to the breadmaker with butter and jam. Just stunning.

Relaxing
Had a 2 night stay with my husband and have stayed several times. Love the cabins and the outdoor spa but feel that they need some maintenance done on the verandahs. The timber is starting to show wear and tear but still enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful home away from home
We had the most amazing experience! We wanted to get away from our day to day lives and just relax in the quiet countryside of the Hunter Valley. We had special requirements of our stay which included seclusion, fireplace, jacuzzi under the stars and peaceful surroundings close to wine tours and we got exactly what we were looking for at Manzanilla Ridge! It was the perfect getaway and had every requirement that we were looking for. The ridge itself is so well thought out and you are well catered for (even a bread maker and complimentary Tawny!) If seclusion, romance, peace and quiet is what you are looking for then look no further!

great private escape right in wine country
Manzanilla Ridge is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all - beautiful bush setting, great location only a few minutes drive to major wineries, very private, and excellent facilities, including a bread maker, coffee machine, and spa. We will definitely be going back.

A slice of Paradise
Manzanilla Ridge has everything: a fire to keep you cosy, a spa under the stars, a beautifully comfy bed, a full kitchen to make anything you want and bacon, eggs, tomatoes, a bread maker for fresh bread and a coffee maker - what more could you ask for ! What a relaxing stay with such friendly staff - a little piece of luxury really. Thanks Manzanilla Ridge !

Great Romantic Getaway
Everything about our stay was amazing. Each cottage is tucked away on a secluded part of the property which made us feel like we were the only ones there. We've never been to a place with so many included amenities - bread maker, coffee pods, fireplace, private hot tub. Add to that was a brekky hamper and welcome decanter of port all included. Only problem was that we didn't want to leave!

Splendid Seclusion
The cabins were amazingly well designed for their size - rustic, yet pleasantly luxurious. The hot tub, fireplace (unfortunately not yet in use due to fire ban), large outdoor verandah, breakfast nook, large bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen were wonderful features that beat newer, much larger, estate houses by a mile. We also appreciated the well-stocked fridge, the breadmaker and the coffeemaker.
