Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill. For this reason no one at the hotel actually cares to be efficient or provide good service. People don’t smile. I sort of get it. If I was already getting my tip and the most I was going to get on top is an extra 5-10 percent, I wouldn’t have an incentive to service. You will hear the employees talking about guests etc. Overall however people will still come because the pools, waterpark, and beach are excellent. If you can get by without good service still a good place to come to.

Rides were closed half the time pools close at 7pm and there was only 1 jacuzzi on the property which also closed at 7pm. We paid for an ocean view but we had a view of the property. Everything was so overpriced, food, drinks, roundup airport to resort. Food was mediocre nothing to brag about and like I said overpriced. Toilet kept flushing by itself very noticeable during night cause we’re trying to sleep.
